Track record

With past experience in leading a one of a kind transformation journey within IT Service Management and delivery. 10 years of back to back programs resulted in over 100 successful transformations for corporate clients of HP, HPE, EDS and DXC.

Below are examples of successfully delivered set of projects in a program format using a combination of Waterfall and Agile. Each program have a timeline of 12-24 months

( RPA ) ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION AS A MANAGED SERVICE

ITSM Standardisation program 1&2 

By developing a new model and cost model, this program, set a pretext for a global initiative at Hewlett Packard. Primary goal was legacy retirement and cost reduction initiative in wake of Compaq and EDS mergers. 
 

10 corporate clients transformed and 2 leveraged ITSM platforms retired.

IT-SMART

Successful migration of 50 Hewlett Packard Enterprise key clients to a new standard reference architecture within 18 months. Estimated one time saving generated of $18.3 Million USD.

The challenge: Estimating a budget, source the resources and build the project model for one of the largest European ITSM migration programs to date.

SHELL

Royal Dutch Shell, one of the world’s “supermajors” requested  to be migrated from Electronic Data Systems Digitalworkflow to Hewlett Packard Enterprise SRA. Due to its uniquely large, integrated and complex nature, the Shell case presented several IT service management challenges. Shell’s dependency on a deeply complex and integrated IT service model involved nine service partners and over 400,000 transactions a month.  A SIAM model with 9 bi-directional data flows.  A colossal project completed in 13 months. Designed and delivered from the UK.

PL100

With the acquisition of Electronic Data Systems, Hewlett Packard Enterprises inherited a major set of customers. HPE needed to consolidate a large number of its major clients in North America onto a standard ITOM & ITSM Architecture, before the imminent merger with CSC. The scope was 37 projects and completed successfully in 13 months.

TWO CANNOT COMMUNICATE

When BASF, one of the world’s largest chemical companies appointed Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) to take over its Managed Service contract, HPE needed to complete a complex end to end integration without its client providing any engineering support and time was running out.

Completed successfully in 40 days.
